At our complimentary initial 1/2 hour consultation, we will answer your questions and address your concerns regarding your specific estate planning goals and objectives. Even if you do not quite know exactly what your goals and objectives are, we will help you pinpoint them by discussing with you what is important to you, and what you want to accomplish through such planning. We will help you understand what types of planning are available, how the planning works, and what kind of planning is best for your situation. We will also advise you regarding how much the planning will cost. If you decide to proceed, for the remaining 1.5 hours, we will design the specific details of your estate plan so that it fits your particular needs and situation.
At your signing meeting, we will review your estate plan with you, and answer any questions you may have. You will also execute your estate plan documents at this time. The importance of funding your estate plan will be discussed. Your estate plan documents will be organized in an estate planning portfolio for you.
As time passes, change is the one constant and is inevitable in life. Common changes may include changes in your family, health or finances (including asset ownership), as well as changes in the law. It is thus important that you have your estate plan reviewed every 2-3 years, or more when appropriate. We will work with you to keep you estate plan updated and current.
